Thank you for completing the venue reservations form. This form will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate Venue Facilitator. You will be notified if the venue you requested is available, and will be sent any other required forms or procedures that will be needed for your venue request. This does not guarantee the venue, and the event can be cancelled/moved if the Venue Facilitator chooses to do so.
